They knew it would cost more to fix than the car was worth, even though we approved the work, they called back and gave us their personal opinion and helped us make the right choice. I have been using Felts for about 7 years now for my company fleet truck and my personal vehicle. This visit was for the water pump that was going out on my fleet truck a 2013 3500 Chevy. I dropped it off around 7:45 as soon as they opened and by 4:00 that afternoon the repair had been made and I was back on the road. Mike and Ruth will go up and beyond to make sure your vehicle is repaired quickly and the job is done right the first time. Even when having to deal with the fleet management companies which can be a headache. If you're vehicle is having issues give Mike and the team a shot at Felts Family Car Care you won't be disappointed!! Thx guys for always taking good care of me!

I always bring my cars to Felts since we moved here three years ago, they are honest and reasonably priced, and they do a thorough job servicing our cars. They are also some of the nicest people you will meet, and I appreciate their service.

Needed some front end work done. Felts made the repairs quickly and for a reasonable price. They gave all information and pricing upfront after looking at the car. Once repairs were completed bill was less than the estimate as one part did not need to be replaced after they removed and inspected it.

5 stars, good people, fair prices. Highly recommend! Mike and Ruth go above and beyond to ensure every customer leaves happy and properly repaired. They aligned my 2015 GMC Sierra, it tracks straight and smooth which is no easy task for a lifted truck.

They've done several routine maintenance jobs for me and always do them quick, at a decent price and with no issues. They also just rebuilt my transmission. First time I've ever had a auto shop do finish a major job ahead of schedule and under budget. Great place to go.
